Stamp Balance Register may be prepared by using the below attached Tool using the TCode Report generated in SAP : MB52

Instruction to Generate Stamp Balance Report
- Login to SAP:-
- use T-Code : MB52
- Type Plant & Storage Location under database Selection . For HO Storage Location -TR01 & CS01 and for SOs -SO01 ,SO02 ….etc
- Display Batch Stock & No zero stock lines should be selected under setting
- Select Non -Hierarchical Representation under Display menu option
- Click on Execute (or Press F8)
- Click on excel icon to export the data and save as Excel
2. Open the Excel file and delete rows not related to any stamps category & total Amount
3. Delete all the data (if any )except the heading row from the 2nd sheet (2DATA) of his excel file
4. Copy data from the exported Excel file excluding the heading
5. Paste the above data on Column (A2) of 2(DATA) sheet using Right Click === Paste Special ==== Values ==== Ok
6.Open sheet 3 [3 Stamp Balance Register and type the Date
7. Use Filter option in Column (A5) and de-select “Blanks” Ok Print the File
