  • Only Group ‘C’ officials with a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university are eligible.

  • Group ‘C’ officials in the Department of Posts or Telecommunications can apply, provided they hold the required qualifications.
  • Note: Officials in HSG-II, HSG-I, IP, and ASPOs are not eligible.
